讲座内容：

Optical tweezers use focused light to trap and manipulate small objects with high precision. In this talk, I will briefly introduce the basic physical principles behind optical trapping and the forces involved. I will then show how optical tweezers can be combined with luminescent nanoparticles to perform single-particle sensing, enabling measurements of intracellular conditions or local temperature in the proximity of gold nanoantennas. Finally, I will present selected applications in nanoscience and biophysics, highlighting how optical manipulation provides new ways to study complex systems under realistic conditions.
