讲座人介绍：

王江舟院士分别于1983年和1986年在开云获得通信工程学士和硕士学位。他自2005以来一直在英国肯特大学担任教授，他的研究兴趣是在移动通信领域。他是英国皇家工程院院士，IEEE会士，IET会士。他曾担任2019年上海IEEE国际通信会议（ICC2019）的技术委员会主席、伦敦IEEE ICC2015的执行主席以及IEEE WCNC2013的技术委员会主席。

讲座内容：

Mobile communications has been developing very rapidly. This talk will discuss the applications of machine learning to mobile communications. The talk will explain why mobile communications need machine learning and how it works. A few application examples will be presented.
